“Blame Game”

And he said, “Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten from the tree that I commanded you not to eat from?” The man said, “The woman you put here with me—she gave me some fruit from the tree, and I ate it.” Then the Lord God said to the woman, “What is this you have done?” The woman said, “The serpent deceived me, and I ate.”
Genesis 3:11-13

Since the creation of the world in Genesis, blame has been passed. In Genesis 3:11-13, when asked if he had eaten from the tree that he was commanded by God not to eat from Adam blamed God for his sin. Adam blamed God, and Eve blamed the serpent. It is in our sinful nature to point the blame elsewhere. We are 100% responsible for our own actions, thoughts, behaviors and beliefs. We must take responsibility for our mistakes, apologize if need be and be diligent not to repeat our mistakes.
Application
Don’t play the blame game.
Prayer
God, keep me mindful that I am 100% responsible for my own actions, thoughts, beliefs, attitudes and words.
