“Friendships”

Jesus said, “Surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

Matthew 28:20

 

While eating lunch at a fast-food restaurant I overheard two teenage girls talking. “I’ve unfriended her,” one girl said.

“Really?” her shocked companion said.

“If she’s going to be that way, I’m done,” was the reply.

“Friending” and “Unfriending” on an internet social-networking site is obviously become a status of true friendship among teens. How unfortunate friends can be lost with click of a button.

We all fall short at some time or other. How fortunate for us that God will never “unfriend” us. God loves us unconditionally. His grace carries us even when we don’t like ourselves.
