“Move”

And this is love: that we walk in obedience to his commands. As you have heard from the beginning, his command is that you walk in love

2 John 1:6

 

The moving sidewalk at the airport is a fun experience. For me it’s as much fun to watch people on the sidewalk as to experience it. Have you ever been on the moving sidewalk, and it come to a complete stop? For a few seconds, people don’t’ know what to do. Then someone speaks up and shouts “Walk!”

 

Sometimes work is like a moving sidewalk. We are like-minded at work all with the goal to get the job done. Sadly, there are days we don’t move forward. It’s not until we each use our talents that together we make progress.

 

Application

The next time you are paralyzed at work, shout to yourself, “Walk!”
