“Complaining”

People ruin their lives by their own foolishness and then are angry at the Lord.

Proverbs 19:3

The choice is simple. You can come to work with a positive attitude or you can complain and make yourself and those around you miserable.

The company has worked with the same processes for about 15 years. As the company grew, policies began to be implemented and process and procedures began to change. Several employees dug their heels in and decided to complain rather than accept the growing pains of change.

The supervisor said, “It’s real simple. You can accept the change and come to work with a positive attitude and do your best every day, or you can find a new job.”

Those few employees decided to make the simple decision and change their attitude. Within less than a year, the changes were now the “normal” and the attitude grateful.

Stop complaining and take a positive approach. You will start winning.

Help me not to be foolish. May I trust your plan, Father, with a positive attitude.
